1. The Website
HLTMiniatures.com website (the "Website") is owned and operated by Holly Loves Toys Ltd. All of the goods on this Website are offered by HLT Miniatures("we/us") which will be the contracting party for any order that you place. Occasionally items maybe sent direct from the Manufacturer, but this is stated within the product details.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.
2. Pricing and promotions
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions (such as special offers or promotions) and to the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
All prices on the HLTMiniatures website are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT, where relevant, at the current UK VAT rate.
3. Placing an order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact our office before placing an order with us either by email at hollylovestoys@hotmail.co.uk, telephone on 01278 785925 or by post using the address given below.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to HLT Miniatures to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and HLT Miniatures for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery charges
4. Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order for personalised items if the work has already been done for you.
5. UK Returns Policy
Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt (UK customers) and 21 days of receipt (Overseas) in their original condition and with their original unopened packaging in order to receive a full refund. Return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser, unless the goods are faulty or you have been sent an incorrect product.

7. Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
8. Disclaimer & limitations of liability
HLT Miniatures does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither HLT Miniatures nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of HLT Miniatures or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of HLT Miniatures and any other associated company of as if references to HLT Miniatures included references to each such associated company.
While HLT Miniatures uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and HLT Miniatures will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
11. Shipping
We always select the most cost-effective tracked service available. For UK customers we use MyHermes, for Europe DPD and for the rest of the world either UPS, FedEx or Postnl. For orders exceeding £25 a signature may be required. Please note, customs charges/import duty may apply on orders outside of the UK.
